Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Libertana Home Health. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, supporting workforce growth, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs (e.g., Caregivers, LVNs, RNs, Accounting, Administrative)
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms using the ATS
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Extend conditional offers of employment and support onboarding processes
  • Engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social networks
  • Attend job fairs, community events, and outreach efforts (including nursing schools) to promote employer brand
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop recruitment strategies, budgets, and diversity outreach initiatives
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and ensure hiring goals and timelines are met
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and research skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach, including cold and warm calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
